Hello! Thankyou for the great video. You explained it so well so thankyou! I just have 1 question, Its my first time using BP, is it okay if I only use it at night only? And will it slow the process if I use it at night? The reason why I dont want to use BP in the morning its because at school I usually get exposed to sunlight and as you mentioned earlier in your vid that BP can cause sunburn so Im trying to play it safe by using it at night

Hy i have acne and my dermatologist suggest me some medicine and adapelene & benzoyl peroxide gel i use it every night and in 2nd week my chin area started paining and also my skin started peeling off should i stop this for some days or continue...??? Plss say something..
